FUNCTION DESCRIPTION

The following is the introduction of our wire saw machine: Take Model No.: ZSJ-55G as example1) Structure is similar to Italy DAZZINI wire saw machine. So the main performance is the same as DAZZINI wire saw machine.Main Features:

    The electronic feed system, installed on machines, has been specially studied to increase the performance of diamond wire; it allows a constant and uniform feeding during the cutting phase.    The EASYDRIVE system, installed on machines, allows a constant and simultaneous control of diamond wire and advance speed, by means two interfaced inverters. It works fully automated and enables to optimize diamond wire performances as well as to improve the output.

    A central gear maintenance free is placed on the rail so that to prevent from mud jam and risk of slipping. The special feed systems gear/cylinders, allows a perfect coupling of the machine on the rail and its perfect displacement on any position, even very slope.

    The aluminum flywheel, directly flanged on the motor to eliminate any power loss, can rotate on 360 degree by means hydraulic device to cut on any angulations. The same hydraulic system is used to perform the lateral movement, 45cm preside. Thus it is possible to make two parallel cuts 185cm (140cm+45cm) wide without moving the machine.
